Family member with a drug problem?

A person can only be helped as much as they want to help themselves. If this person has indicated that they want to stop, that helps, but if they are doing the drugs with total disregard for himself and everyone else around him, then maybe rock bottom is where he needs to find himself before he'll actually decide to make changes.
