Two little annoying problems with the kids I nanny... which way to deal with it?

I like the marbles idea for the 'potty' talk. However, for the repeating, I would just start copying them. ALL THE TIME. If they say good morning, can I have..., literally everything they say. I bet they quit pretty quickly.
