Will this give me mutant powers?

So far, I have some radioactive waste in unsuitable containers. A selection of genetically enhanced venomous animals in inadequate caging. A bubbling, open container of potent, toxic chemicals. Loose fitting power cables, dangling all over my lab. A malfunctioning machine that channels/ poorly stores cosmic rays. Oh and an opulent array of gene serums, loaded into syringes that I stow, facing upwards and uncapped to air. Should I get drunk and a lab accident occurs, will I get powers?
