Slur on the British Army,again?

The Independant 'newspaper' today decided to print an ALLEGATION regarding the ual abuse of a young Iraqi lad aged 14,it was also mentioned on the Andrew Marr show on BBC1 this morning,what kind of country is this when the press can release allegations,as yet unproven,and slurring the brave(if not misguided) fellows in a no win occupation in Iraq?Should there be laws preventing the release of details before any trial or proper investigation has being undertaken?If anyone is found to be guilty,they should be punished severly,but surely laws should stop trial by media like this?
