Bleeding and clots in pregnancy?

Im 8 weeks pregnant and i have all the pregnant symptoms, besides that is that on monday i started bleeding and after that it came a bit heavy with small clots like rice sometimes they are a bit big like a bean, i dont feel any pain,and im still bleeding now and my are so painfull, tender to touch and im scared. Is it normal?
