Will Al Davis ever die or give up ownership to Oakland Raiders?

As long as people are living these days I'm sure that old fart has another 30 years in him. Unfortunately, he ruins that franchise for the fans and it's no wonder last game was blacked out because he can't sell out that baseball diamond he tries to convert into a football filed. I think the NFL should force him to sell the team.
