I just baught a new pet finch birdand want to know what they like?

I just got him yesterday. I think he's a zebra finch. I think it's a 'he'. I named him Icerus (erelivent) and already bought him a cage (13 by 8 inch). He enjoys his mirror pirch. I feed him store baught fnch food. I cover his cage at night. I let him out ov his cage every now and then so he can fly around the room and so that I may hold him. Is there anything that finchs spesifically do or dont like? He's been quiet. He doesn't peck at my fingers. He's the best little bird in the world. I just want to know how to make my little Icerus happy. :)
