Why are Obama supporters comparing him to Bush?

Look he hasn't help the recession that much. Spending is increased. Look they were both bad but Obama doesn't need another term. You can't compare two completely different Presidents who ARE IN DIFFERENT PARTIES WITH DIFFERENT POLICIES!!!! Obama has not helped a lot not hurt a lot. I'm agreeing with Brett Favre.
